Data Processing Addendum

To the extent Forest Admin, Inc. processes any Customer Personal Data (as defined in the DPA referenced herein) contained in Customer Data on behalf of Customer, the terms of the Data Processing Addendum available at this PDF (the “DPA”), which are incorporated by reference in the Agreement, will apply and the parties agree to comply with such terms.

For purposes of the Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated by reference into the DPA, Customer is the “data exporter”. The DPA and the Standard Contractual Clauses (including Annexes I, II and III) have been pre-signed by Forest Admin. To make them a binding addendum to the Agreement, Customer must complete and sign the signature block, complete its details as data exporter, and submit the completed and signed documents to privacy@forestadmin.com. The DPA takes effect on the date it has been fully executed by both parties and provided to Forest Admin in accordance with those instructions.

This DPA replaces in its entirety any DPA previously entered into or agreed upon by the parties prior to that date.
