Request for Information
Let your team handle each information request as a case attached to the customer it concerns. With Forest, get the right data from your systems, and produce drafts, approvals, and responses ready for transmission.
Forest is where your team and your agents handle each request end to end. Data assembles itself, drafts come together, approvals run, the response packages for transmission through your channel.
Intake on the customer record
Requests enter Forest from a shared inbox, a partner portal, or a manual entry. Each becomes a case attached to the customer it concerns, with the deadline set.
Data assembled across systems
Customer records, transaction history, KYC documents, prior cases, and comms history pull into the case bundle. No copy-paste, no missing pieces.
Agentic drafting on the bundle
Your agents draft the structured response from the assembled data, with citations back to the source records. Reviewers edit, approve, or escalate.
Internal approvals across teams
Compliance, legal, and engineering reviewers approve in workflow. Each approval is part of the case record, with the timestamp and the reviewer.
Packaging for your channel
Forest assembles the response with supporting documents and exports the package. Transmission goes through your regulator portal, partner-bank email, or eSign tool.
Case archive with full trail
Every request, draft, approval, and response is retained as a case on the customer. Repeat or related requests reuse the prior case as context.

Built for regulator readiness
A complete view per request
Customer, transaction history, prior cases, supporting documents, and comms history live on the same case. Reviewers stop hunting across mailboxes.
Cross-team approvals in workflow
Compliance, legal, and engineering sign off in the same workflow. Your team and your AI agents work from the same view, with audit on every step.
Transmission through your channel
Regulator portal, partner-bank email, and eSign tools fully connected, ready to tap from your workflows. Adding a new channel is a configuration change.

How do I configure an RFI workflow in Forest?
Each request type is a workflow you design: intake source, data assembly rules, drafting templates, approval chain, transmission channel. Your team and your agents work cases through it from one workspace, with Forest templates and assistance to get started.
Does Forest submit responses to the regulator?
No. Forest packages the response and exports the bundle. Transmission goes through your existing channel: the regulator portal, partner-bank email, or eSign tool. The submission is recorded as part of the case.
How is data assembled across our systems?
Forest reads customer, transaction, KYC, and prior-case data live from your operational systems via the same connectors it uses for other workflows. Connectors are configured once per system.
Can my agents draft the response?
Yes. An agent drafts the structured response from the assembled data, with citations back to the source records. Reviewers edit, approve, or escalate from the same view.
How do you ensure customer data never leaves our environment?
The Forest backend runs inside your infrastructure, alongside your databases. Customer data travels to a provider only at the point where its service is called, and the response is logged back to the case. Data stays in your systems of record.
