Agentic assistance
Forest Assist surfaces the right data and suggests the right action inside the backoffice and in your support tools. Every suggestion is grounded in your live data, and every action runs under the operator's permissions with full audit.

Forest Assist meets operators in their interface and turns context into a recommended next step.
Requester detection
Forest Assist identifies the customer or counterparty in the current view (a ticket, a record, a chat) and pulls in the relevant context.
Live contextual data
Surfaces fields, history, prior cases, and related records from the Forest data backbone, scoped to the operator's permissions.
Embedded backoffice actions
The actions defined in Forest are available where the operator is working: in the backoffice or inside Zendesk, Intercom, Crisp.
AI-suggested next step
Based on the case and the workflow, Forest Assist proposes the next action. The operator confirms, edits, or overrides.
No tool switching
Operators stay in the tool where they handle the case. The data and the actions come to them.
Same audit as a manual action
Whether the operator accepts a suggestion or acts manually, the audit trail captures both the suggestion and the decision.

Forest Assist surfaces only the data and actions the operator can see. AI agents inherit the same scope.
Same workflows, same audit
Suggestions follow your Forest rules, run through your approvals, and land in the same audit trail as a manual action.

What is Forest Assist?
Forest Assist is the AI assistance layer inside the Forest backoffice and inside connected support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Crisp). It surfaces relevant data and suggests the next action for the operator.
Where can Forest Assist be used?
Inside the Forest backoffice and as a Chrome Extension in Zendesk, Intercom, and Crisp. The same data and actions are available in both surfaces.
Which actions can Forest Assist suggest or run?
Any Forest Action the operator has permission to trigger. Suggestions are scoped to the operator's role and to the workflow the case belongs to.
What model does Forest Assist use?
The model is configurable. Forest Assist works with Claude, GPT, and other providers. The model call goes to your provider, with the call and response logged.
Is the suggestion audited?
Yes. The suggestion, the operator's response (accept, edit, override, ignore), and the final action are all recorded against the case.
