Can I pay monthly?
We only offer annual engagements. For Enterprise, our team works with you to shape a plan and terms that fit your needs.
How does user pricing work?
One rate per identity. Humans, AI agents and external users all count the same. Each plan includes a set number of users; beyond that you pay a flat per-user rate. AI agents don’t pay separately for MCP access.
What’s an audit event — and what if I go over?
An audit event is any recorded state change: a Forest Action, a database write, an approval, a workflow step, an agent decision. Each plan includes a monthly allotment; beyond it, events are billed at your plan’s overage rate. Sandbox is a hard cap.
Where does my data live?
Forest hosts its UI, and runs a backend on your own infrastructure that reads and writes your datasources directly. Your data never leaves your environment.
Can I try Forest first?
Yes. Sandbox is free for evaluation: up to 2 users, 2 datasources and 500 audit events / month.
