Market expansion
With Forest, run country-specific processes like KYC, AML, and customer ops per country with local providers. Team and AI-level permissions. Ready for jurisdiction audit.
Forest is where your team and your AI agents run country-specific processes. Different rules, different providers, different reporting per country, all from one workspace.
Per-country provider routing
Pick the KYC, AML, PSP, and screening providers licensed in each country. Each workflow step picks the provider for the jurisdiction it serves.
Rules per jurisdiction
Risk thresholds, required documents, approval chains, and reporting cadences configure per country. Same workflow design, jurisdiction-aware steps.
Local reporting templates
Forest ships workflow templates for the recurring local reports (FCA, BaFin, ACPR, MAS, FinCEN). Your team adapts them; the workflow assembles, approves, exports.
Comms in the right language and channel
Email, SMS, and in-product templates per country and language. Send through the local partner-bank, support tool, or comms provider in each market.
AI-level permissions per jurisdiction
Permissions for your team and your AI agents scope per country. An AI agent cleared for routine onboarding in one country can be restricted in another, with every action logged.
Audit by jurisdiction
Every case, action, and decision in each country is tagged with the jurisdiction it belongs to. Regulator-ready bundles export per country, on demand.

Local providers, plugged in
Country-specific KYC, AML, screening, and PSP providers fully connected, ready to pick per market. Adding a new country is a configuration change.

How do I set up a new country on Forest?
Each jurisdiction is a configuration on the workflows you build in Forest: select local KYC, AML, and PSP providers, set country-specific risk rules and documents, configure local reporting schedules. Forest's templates cover the common patterns; the Forest team helps with the configuration.
Can I run different providers per country?
Yes. Each workflow step picks the provider it calls per jurisdiction. KYC can run through Sumsub in one country and Veriff in another; payments through Stripe in one market and Mangopay in another. The audit is consolidated and jurisdiction-tagged.
Does Forest hold local licences?
No. Forest is the operational layer. Local licences, custody, and money movement stay with your local partners. Forest configures the workflow and records the audit per jurisdiction.
How does Forest support local regulatory reporting?
Forest provides workflow templates for the recurring local reports (FCA, BaFin, ACPR, MAS, FinCEN). Your team adapts them to your data and your reviewers; the workflow assembles, approves, and exports through your local transmission channel.
Can my AI agents act with country-specific scope?
Yes. Permissions and approval rules apply per jurisdiction to your team and your AI agents. An AI agent cleared for routine onboarding in one country can be restricted in another, with every action recorded in the audit trail.
How do you ensure customer data never leaves our environment?
The Forest backend runs inside your infrastructure, alongside your databases. Customer data travels to a provider only at the point where its service is called, and the response is logged back to the case. Data stays in your systems of record, tagged by jurisdiction.
