User Input in Workflows
Guidance steps now accept a free-text answer from the operator. It lands in the Workflow Context and the AI uses it downstream. Add a Guidance task and set Completion to "Requires user input".
Workspace Zoom
Zoom in and out inside a Workspace. Layout Mode auto-zooms out so you can rearrange with the full canvas visible.
Workspace on Record (beta, on demand)
A full-Workspace experience on every record, replacing the Summary View: related data up to n+2, actions, workflows, analytics, guidance text. Reply to this email or ping your CSM to turn it on.
Forest app for Zendesk
Embed Forest in the Zendesk ticket sidebar. The app finds the matching Customer, User, or Partner in your data and surfaces the right data and actions, inside your existing permissions.
Enable the MCP Server, then install from the Zendesk Marketplace.
Reminder: the Forest MCP Server is live
Your data, actions, and business logic are accessible to AI agents with permissions and audit trail preserved.
